Tim Fletcher is an innovator with over 29 years’ experience developing and managing the development of a wide variety of products for diverse industries. Tim Fletcher has a proven track record of management success in the areas of process development and innovation strategies in both private industry and volunteer-based professional organizations. Throughout his career Tim Fletcher has developed his experience working with many different professions in many different countries and cultures.

As president of One BusinessDesign, Fletcher has worked with manufacturers and clients in Asia and in Europe. He also holds 14 design patents and four utility patents in the U.S., Europe and Australia. He was an assistant professor at the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and has taught design and innovation subjects in several schools at Carnegie Mellon University.
