Dilip Kumar Mothiram
Dilip Kumar Mothiram believes the fundamental goal of teaching is to foster learning and creativity in a positive environment. In the field of art and design it is also imperative that one is a skilled and experienced practitioner who is constantly improving his/her skill in order to impart and foster this learning to students. Students take their habits from their instructors, so if the instructor is passionate and skilled, students will trust your expertise and put in the effort to learn. In this fast-paced, quick knowledge world I believe that students will respect and respond to the instructor that they know can also practice what he preaches. Because we all have different learning styles, it is important for the educator to practice patience and be prepared to explain and demonstrate work multiple times in different ways to reach those students with alternate learning needs.
