Ioana Ghimuș earned her Bachelor of Law degree and her Master of Law in Private Law from the University of Bucharest. She also holds a Master of Arts in International Policy and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

Ioana Ghimuș works at Harmony Plus and she is the founder of the Design Thinking for Social Impact Meetup group. Before Harmony Plus she worked for the Middlebury Institute for International Studies, Asylum Access, Youthful Cities, Monterey City Council and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
