FromHereOn's method combines design thinking and strategic architecture techniques, enabling them to gather human and data-driven insights to design business transformation at any scale of enterprise from relatively small firms like, to globally omnipresent brands.

In his role as Design Lead Hugh Adamson is working on the human centered design offering within the consulting business, by focusing on the change program, their tools and approach, and always founded on strong empathy for their users.

In 2010 Hugh Adamson co-founded CoDesign Studio with two other social entrepreneurs, and this evolved from an international community development NFP, into an urban design, and placemaking consultancy responsible for fostering a significant change in how the government and private sector think about the buildings, streets and parks they are responsible for.

Over many engagements Hugh Adamson has developed a way of working that de-risks change, and provides timely input from stakeholders, to improve returns on the social and financial investment his clients and their stakeholders make. The key to this approach has been through researching and testing collaborative working methods.
