Alexandra Karacsonyi

Alexandra Karacsonyi is Elixir Consulting’s Managing Director. She holds a MSc. in Management from ESSEC (France), an MBA from Stanford University (USA), and is a certified Prosci Change Management professional.

Alexandra Karacsonyi started her career in strategy management at Bain & Company (Germany) and PepsiCo (USA), before moving to strategic and operational marketing (L'Oréal, PayPal, LeShop.ch). Alexandra founded Elixir Consulting in 2015 and has since been helping clients from different sectors and sizes innovate and go through successful changes with their products, services, processes and company culture. Client references include: State of Geneva, City of Geneva, Canton of Vaud, the Geneva airport, Vaudoise insurance, the EPFL Innovation Park, the University of Lausanne’s incubator, Galderma, the FIFA, digitalswitzerland, and many other, confidential references.

In parallel to her consulting activities, Alexandra Karacsonyi has been very active in transferring her knowledge and skills to other professionals. She has been part of Stanford University’s LEAD Executive program’s online teaching team since 2015. In that role, she has coached over 1’000 Executives to help them transform their organizations in terms of product, services, processes and culture. Alexandra has also been a Design Thinking adjunct lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences (HEG) in Geneva, Switzerland, since 2017.  Since 2021, Alexandra has been a certified Design Thinking trainer for the d.thinking academy, a worldwide training and certification educational institution based in France, and can certify learners in Design Thinking.

Alexandra Karacsonyi is an expert contributor for different leading business magazines in Western Switzerland: Bilan, Le Monde Economique, HR Today, and is regularly invited as a speaker to key events in Switzerland.
