Pavel Azaletskiy is the Head of Engineering Excellence Consulting Group for EPRAM Systems in North America.

With the contemporary pace of business change, it is inevitable to apply non-conventional solutions to beat the status quo; such solutions lie at the intersection of digital technologies, innovations, and adaptive operating models, all three areas that Pavel Azaletskiy is passionate about.

Working with leading organizations across multiple industries such as internet services, telecommunication, biotech, retail, and media, Pavel AzaletskiyI delivered many global product solutions, designed technology operating models, and improved engineering organizations' performance.

Besides client service, Pavel Azaletskiy has been running the non-profit design thinking club at Stanford GSB LEAD community and managing the LISA incubator's venture design track to help entrepreneurs make our world a little better.

Pavel Azaletskiy is an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson School of Management with a Master's Degree in CS from the Saint-Petersburg University of Aerospace Instrumentation (Russia), summa cum laude.
