Marina Chelak is a Community Engagement Specialist who helps organizations and start-ups build successful communities by growing, diversifying and supporting engagement through a range of tactics. These include webinars, launches, industry speakers, open days, pitch nights and expert panels.

Marina Chelak has project managed events from start to finish — from creating and overseeing project timelines, to marketing the event using multiple platforms and event management apps on the day.

Having travelled extensively around the world, Marina Chelak enjoys learning about new cultures and people, sharing ideas and experiences. This love of ‘togetherness’ is the driving force behind her ability to build, engage and manage communities, whether it be for business or social.

Before joining Academy Xi, Marina Chelak worked for Generation, Fotspor AG and Fly Aeolus Air Taxi.

Marina Chelak earned her Bachelors Degree in International Tourist, Management and Consultancy in Breda, Netherlands.
