Alan Pio

Alan Pio is a creative free thinker who experiments with innovative practices & product design strategies. Alan Pio believes that respect, trust & accountability are core elements needed for individuals & teams to have successful outcomes. Alan Pio facilitates design sprints and implements a variety of processes that reflect this practical way of learning. Alan Pio encourages companies to use value-based design thinking techniques & product development strategies that focus on saving money in a very short amount of time. His principles, policies & strategic practices are deliberately designed to focus on the growth and support of each team member.

Qurios believes that Designs Sprints are a revolutionary new tool that help businesses see results in a very short amount of time. In only 4 days to be exact.

The process generally starts with a consult where Qurios schedules a quick demo, which takes approximately 1.5hrs with your team. Within a few discussions about the problem you're facing, we'd unpack your challenges in a problem framing workshop and then run the 4-day sprint. The output is a high fidelity prototype (not a wireframe), that looks like the real product. If Qurios clients require a strategy, they'd further run a strategy workshop after testing the prototype, so they know where they are heading and how they're going to get there.
