Through his career AJ Justo has had the opportunity to work with more than 200 businesses, from the largest multinationals to the smallest highly dynamic startups . I have experience collaborating as part of multidisciplinary Agile teams as well as working independently, in B2C environments, B2B and on the agency side.

AJ Justo is especially passionate about the power of ideation and surfacing knowledge that comes with Design Thinking and UCD methods and tools like discovery research, rapid prototyping and swarming multi-disciplinary collaboration.
