Adriana Fujita is a professional with 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain area. Her career has been developed in both national and international companies, such as: NIKE DO BRASIL, NIKE INC, PENALTY and LG. Her expertise includes managing all activities in the areas of Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Customer Support in national and international scope, with integrated vision of Supply Chain and its impacts in P&L.
Adriana Fujita has held leadership roles in several projects related to operational efficiency and continuous improvement (processes, procedures, systems and team dimensioning), which generated significant performance improvement, cost reduction and enhanced customer satisfaction. She has participated in several global initiatives for the implementation of innovative Supply Chain projects, involving interface/visits to Argentine, Mexico, Japan, India, Korea, Singapore and Australia.
Adriana Fujita has extensive experience managing suppliers, selection/definition, contracts (re) negotiation and SLAs monitoring. She has seniority for liaising with Local, Regional and Global leadership for the discussion and follow-up of results/KPIs, as well as definition and prioritization of new initiatives/projects and realignment of processes/procedures. She is a key user for ERP, Data Base and BI systems (SAP, Oracle and Cognos).
